rinueGiven that I have green eyes, purple hair, very pale skin, an hourglass figure, dry wit, and vast talent and intelligence, but am sad due to a difficult past and need everybody to tell me how great I am, is my life accidentally a Mary Sue story, much like Bono's?
The skin is peeling off my feet and I have frequent heartburn. Spent most of today tape logging; have finally finished only to realize I don't know the editor's preferred mailing address and can't send it along. I'm so far behind schedule I worry I've spoiled things with her, although I likely haven't. (We are all used to these timeline slips, especially an internally rather than externally imposed timeline like this one.)
Took a break to have dinner with Merlin; we went to Queen of Sheba, an Ethopian restaurant, a favorite of the three of ours. It's been years; it moved to a distant location and whenever I ventured out there, it's been closed for one unusual, isolated reason or another.
