rinue1. In the last two tins of sardines I got, the flesh peeled away from the spines and so I was more aware of eating the spines as I was eating them. The spines looked black, slime-covered, and Alien in the Geiger sense. I like bones, but my body is made for eating Earth animals.
2. Dad says Bic have changed the wax content of their ink and the pens no longer work as well. I tried a few, and he is right. However, I have in my drawer a packet of ten that were made last year, and they write beautifully.
3. We have been to the moon but are not currently on the moon.
4. The Hatian earthquake is neither the worst natural disaster (2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, 230,000+ lives lost) nor the worst earthquake (2005 Kashmir earthquake, 86,000 lives; 2008 Sichuan earthquake, 69,197 lives) to happen in the last decade.
