Damnit. I have lost my favorite ring, which I have worn every day for who knows how many years. As a result, I have taken off all of my rings, all of them, since two are missing stones anyway, and one is kinda squshed, and two have snapped from metal fatigue and just hold together out of habit. With my favorite one missing, that only leaves one undamaged ring and it is the one I don't especially like - and anyway, all of them were constantly falling off, constantly, because my hands are tiny and flash around a lot, and I got all the rings when my fingers were a different size. Damnit, this is no good, and I don't have the wherewithal to do anything about it.

I'm sorry, darling. I know how much your armor has meant to you. It is odd that I cannot guess which is your favorite ring, since you wore so many for so long. I have a guess, and I know which of your rings was my favorite. I've always been fascinated by your puzzle ring. With it on, you were a mystery litereally wrapped in an enigma.

I hope that the removal of my ring from your collection has not somehow caused the rest to collapse.

Perhaps this is a sign that you will not need your armor anymore.

I do love my puzzle ring, and it does have the best story behind it, but no, the ring that's missing is the one that Kristina brought back from Greece - the one with the single turquoise. I've never seen another anything like it.
