Sadly, as someone who captions live news and is not fluent in Klingon, probably not. However, it's technically possible, with the right conspiracy in place, because we have a contract with a local news station, WCVB (channel 5). If we could convince them to do a news story in which a Klingon appeared, and the Klingon was working for us and could get the text of his statement to me, and I got scheduling to pass it on to the captioner assigned to that particular newscast, and set up my DVR to record it so I could screencap it later . . . then yes.
Alternately, probably Photoshop would be easier. I'll get on that.
