Ate Texas-style burgers* for fall-of-the-Alamo day, then Oreo cookies for Oreo's 100th anniversary.

* with mustard and onions, and usually pickles. You can have other stuff, and can maybe lose the onions, but the mustard is requisite. Or you are not Texan. It's the law. It is the pickled beet.**

** in Australia, they use pickled beets. Also eggs. Aaaaaand spicy mustard. Because Australia is SuperTexas.
