Oh my life is so difficult

As it happens, I have secured two cans of pumpkin, which is enough to make two pumpkin pies. My pie dish, however, is currently full of chocolate cake. (I only have one 9" baking dish, so each week I have to choose between whether I want a pie, cornbread, or cake available. Thank goodness Irish soda bread can be made on a cookie sheet.) I suppose I will have to eat a lot of chocolate cake. It is a terrible burden.
