Ticking of the Clock
Nov. 20th, 2008 01:39 pmI feel an overwhelming sense of doom today, so I am drinking a lot of coffee.
This week is going to be crazy. I have to do a ton of sound editing in very little time. I have to present my film. I have to submit to AFI Dallas. I have a meeting about leading workshops at the DMA. I have a meeting with the head of the Afterimage, who is very kindly appraising my photographs even though his gallery is out of my league. And I have to prep for two auditions, one for a play at Watertower, and one to do standup at Backdoor. Plus I have to set up a meeting to secure access to a location for the film I'm shooting in January, I have to submit to a couple of magazines, write a book review, try to lay down tracks for an album and ... feel like I'm forgetting something. I should be excited about all of this, but...doom.
