For my very first Romie-is-less-than-two-months-old Halloween, I don't think I was dressed up as anything, although now that I think about it, I have faint recollections that I might have been the Dallas red pegasus. However, when I was one, I was dressed to go along with Mom. Or rather, she was dressed to go along with me, and I was dressed to go along with cute baby-sized Chinese shoes. Mom has always said that she was a geisha and I was a geisha's baby, but looking at the pictures, I think this is code meaning Mom was Madama Butterfly, and I was fair-haired child of Pinkerton. The fact that it has remained hidden all these years makes it seem sinister, and I might have to explore this at length next time I see Mom.

When I was two, I don't know what I was, but at three I was Patty O'Green, Rainbow Brite's best friend. This was also the first time I colored my hair, and by no means the last.

You know, Holloween has to be one of the greatest holidays of the year, one of my favorites, but unfortunately my parents never saw it that way, so I have no pictures, recollections, nor memorabilia of the time. I would love to know what I was dressed as at two years old... or two months... I hope it was something cool.
