You know, I was just thinking about sorbet! Specifcally, Val and I are having a birthday party tonight, and I was thinking it would be great to have ice cream floats, only instead of ice cream, lime sherbet, and instead of root beer, ginger ale. That stuff is so good when it's hot out.
