slow and steady wins the race
I am up another percent. At this rate, I will finish in a little more than three months. [edit: six months.]
Once again accomplished a great deal - significant work on two short stories and a book that is not the nano novel, recovery of two lost poems, submissions to two markets, assembly of a photographic portfolio, and inquiry letters sent to potentially useful personal connections - but feel like I'm treading water. I'm doing good work, and important people are excited about it, and I'm close to exploding on a number of significant scenes, and I'm eating well and I'm thrilled about politics... and I feel like crap.
