I need an icon of me looking goofy, with the words "well, stupid!"

I am buried under writing, and so I am doing none of it. It's pathetic; I wake up in the morning and think "marvelous, I am in the mood to write!" and then my brain says "oh good; you have all these things you need to write." And that is the end of that.
