Before I read of your impending divorce with Patrick (long before actually) I felt that things were, well, pretty much as you'd described them. I obviously never said anything becase 1. We don't have regular contact anymore, and I could have been entirely wrong, 2. I like Patrick and didn't want to be a doomsayer for your marriage, especially if it turned out that I was entirely wrong, and 3. This is your journey. I can give good thoughts, but I cannot intervene. It's not my right.

Anyway, regardless of lack of contact, you remain close to my heart, and I continue to wish for your happiness and fulfillment.
